Many moms-to-be find nesting empowering—it’s a natural instinct to create a safe and cozy environment for your newborn. During these last weeks, I focused on setting up the nursery with essentials: arranging clothes, sanitizing bottles, and assembling the crib. I also used this time to stock up on postpartum supplies and plan meals ahead, which eased stress after delivery. Nesting can also mean carving out moments to relax and nurture yourself; I made sure to rest and soak in quiet moments, which helped emotionally. Besides physical preparation, nesting fosters bonding with your baby. Talking, reading, or playing gentle music near the bump are little rituals that make the wait special. If you haven’t started your hospital bag, now is a great moment to pack it with comfort items and important documents. Remember, nesting looks different for everyone. Some days you might feel energized and productive, other days, resting is perfectly fine. Listen to your body and enjoy these last few weeks of your pregnancy journey.
