I’ve been keeping track of the states I’ve visited and am thrilled to share that only nine remain before completing my journey. From the sunny beaches of California and Hawaii to the rugged wilderness of Alaska and Montana, each state has left a unique impression on me. Visiting California this August is particularly exciting because it’s a state rich in attractions—from the iconic Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco to the glitz of Los Angeles and the natural wonders of Yosemite National Park. It’s been fascinating to compare the distinct vibes of each place I’ve traveled through. Using a map and a bucket list helps to visualize progress and keeps the adventure motivating. Some states I’ve explored include Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Texas, and even a quick visit to Mexico to experience cross-border culture. Keeping this travel goal has not only encouraged me to plan better trips but also to appreciate the diversity that the United States offers. I recommend anyone looking to explore America to start with a list like this—it’s a fun way to discover places you might not have considered before. This journey isn’t just about visiting places, but also about the experiences and memories you create along the way. Whether you want to drive iconic routes, visit historical landmarks, or enjoy nature, each state has something special to offer.
