I've found that combining both seeds can provide a tremendous nutritional boost — you get the fiber and omega-3s from chia and the protein and minerals from hemp, resulting in sustained energy and improved recovery after workouts. They complement each other well in terms of taste and texture, which makes experimenting with recipes fun and nutritious.
