Tell me about your 75 Hard experience. Did you me

#letschat I started 75 hard yesterday (March 24). I wasn’t anticipating on documenting anything so I didn’t capture day 1. But for day 2, I have a 6 minute rant on TT about my goals. For today, I want to hear about your experience. Did you meet your goals? If you did, what helped you see it through? What inspired you to start?

I have PCOS and it got much more difficult to manage during and after pregnancy. I’ve truly struggled with my health and weight for the last 3 years. So now I’m here, committed to 75 hard.

Honestly, I gave up halfway through because I got so busy with the wedding planning. I did get married yesterday so hopefully I can start over and do it again.

I haven’t tried 75 hard. However, I don’t think I ever will. I have a special-needs son, actually I have three special-needs sons. I need to workout program that I can adjust around my children. So right now I’m doing a running program and if I need to skip a day I can and I’ll just do it a different day. So I need something more flexible.
