I've found that sometimes, the simplest approaches are the most powerful, and this method focuses purely on intention and awareness. Let's dive a little deeper into making this method work for you. First, that crucial step of choosing your word to shift to your DR and your safeword for your current reality. Think of your shift word as your energetic beacon – something that resonates deeply with your desired reality. It could be a name, a feeling, a place, or even a single sound. The safeword, on the other hand, is your anchor back to your current reality, giving you peace of mind that you can always return whenever you choose. Don't overthink these; trust your intuition! Next, the relaxation part – those deep breaths. While optional, I highly recommend making time for this. Taking three slow, deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth, isn't just about calming your body; it's about signaling to your mind that it's time to let go of daily distractions and prepare for a different state of consciousness. It’s amazing how much a few conscious breaths can change your focus. Now, for the core of the method: the count from 1-100. This isn't just arbitrary counting; it's a powerful tool to build momentum and focus your intention. The key is what you say at each 10th number: 'my consciousness is becoming aware of my [wherever you're shifting to] reality.' Notice we specifically avoid 'desired reality.' This is a subtle but very important distinction. By saying 'is becoming aware of,' you're affirming that this reality already exists and you are simply tuning into it, rather than wishing for something that isn't yet. This phrasing helps bypass any subconscious resistance about 'desiring' something that feels out of reach. Maintain that calm, focused state as you count, truly feeling the truth of each affirmation. When you reach 100, it's time for the final, most powerful step: say your word (with intention!). This isn't just mumbling it; it's pouring all your focus, belief, and energy into that word. Feel the connection it has to your desired reality. Then, follow it with 'My ______ reality,' filling in the blank with the specific reality you're entering. This solidifies your intention and declaration. What if you don't feel anything right away? Don't get discouraged! Reality shifting is a journey, and consistency is key. Some days you might feel strong symptoms, other days less so. The most important thing is to keep practicing and to believe in the method and yourself. Detach from the outcome as much as possible; the less pressure you put on yourself, the easier it often becomes.
