I’ll be honest with you persimmons are not my favorite fruit. I picked them from my neighbor’s tree in the Fall last year and I can’t tell you how many tiny worms that I saw making its way out the fruit as I waited for it to ripen. Or how many unripe ones I tried that left the cotton ball experience of having a dry mouth. I am convinced that somethings in life you only need to try once and for me, this may very well be it! 😂
