If you're new to digital planning, using Goodnotes is one of the best ways to transition from paper to a fully customizable digital planner. Once you import your planner file, it's important to familiarize yourself with Read Mode and Read-Only toggles to maximize your experience. Read Mode activates embedded hyperlinks, making navigation between sections seamless, while Read-Only allows you to access tools to annotate, highlight, and personalize your planner. Choosing whether your planner starts on Monday or Sunday is more than just a preference—it can help align your planning system with your workweek or personal routine. The All Things Planner offers flexibility in this respect, ensuring your digital planning experience fits your lifestyle. Beyond the basics, you can enhance your planner by adding custom dividers and templates, which provide sections tailored to your needs such as work projects, meal planning, habit tracking, or goal setting. This customization turns your digital planner into a versatile tool that supports productivity and organization in a way traditional planners cannot. Another advantage of digital planning is the paperless approach, reducing clutter and contributing to sustainability. Integrating your iPad and apps like Goodnotes can streamline your daily workflow with quick access to your schedules, notes, and ideas—all in one place. For beginners, taking the time to learn these features will pay off by boosting your planning efficiency. Happy planning!
