I’d love for you to know
Inspiration is a necessity. Send me all of your inspiration. I want to get your vision as perfect as possible! If you are dreaming something up that doesn’t exist yet I would love to create mockups to get to the vision you want to bring to life!
Flowers are expensive. If I could do flowers at no cost believe me I would. I want them to be as big and beautiful as possible. Not only are flowers more expensive than ever but there are so many other costs that go into everything. Floral Software, building, utility vans, vases, candles, supplies, labor costs, gas, carriers, buckets, and so many other things.
I want to get to know your vendors. Everyone does things differently and knowing the vendors you are working with is a beautiful thing. The process goes much smoother before and during the wedding when everyone is on the same page. I love being able to talk to the planner, photographer, hair & makeup, even catering.
It’s okay to have a budget. This is a touchy subject, but with a budget I am able to see realistically what is possible. I know that some don’t want to share a budget because “they will spend the whole budget”. This is not the case at all. Some brides share a budget and for what they are asking for it comes under budget. If something becomes over budget then there are ways to cut back on other arrangements or use a cost friendly floral in place of another to help bring down the cost.
You don’t have to do what everyone else does. This goes for everything really. Pick out the dress YOU want. Choose the colors YOU want. Have your wedding the way YOU want. I want you to have the most perfect day and that might not look like everyone else’s and that is the beauty of creating a wedding that fits YOU perfectly. ✨
Planning a wedding involves a multitude of factors that contribute to making your special day truly unique and memorable. One key element is inspiration: gathering ideas and envisioning the perfect ceremony allows couples and planners to align their goals. Since floral arrangements form a critical centerpiece for many weddings, it’s important to understand the pricing nuances. Beyond just flowers, costs also include floral software, transportation vans, vases, candles, supplies, labor, and associated logistics such as carriers and storage buckets. These factors can significantly impact overall expenditures. Effective collaboration with your vendors—such as planners, photographers, hair and makeup artists, and caterers—is essential for a seamless experience. Getting to know their workflows and preferences paves the way for smooth communication and coordination, which ultimately improves service quality on your big day. Budget transparency is another critical aspect. Sharing your budget with your florist and other vendors helps them tailor options to match what’s financially feasible, without compromising your vision. If expenses risk exceeding the budget, alternatives like using less expensive flowers or adjusting certain arrangements can be discussed proactively. Most importantly, embrace your individuality throughout the planning process. Your wedding should reflect your personal style, whether that means choosing a non-traditional dress, unique color schemes, or unconventional themes. This approach ensures a celebration that resonates authentically with you and your partner. By balancing inspiration, practical budgeting, and strong vendor relationships, you can create a wedding day that is beautifully personalized, stress-managed, and unforgettable. Utilize these insights to bring your unique vision to life while accommodating all logistical and financial realities.
