Sometimes it’s the smallest things that make the biggest difference. These little rituals help me feel happier, calmer, and more grounded every single day 💛

💧 Drink at least 80oz of water: hydration = energy + better skin + clearer mind.

🌿 Get fresh air within the first 30 minutes of waking up: yes, even in the winter! The sunlight + crisp air resets my mood instantly.
