The tranquility of dawn, coupled with a sense of accomplishment, makes each run a refreshing experience. According to fitness experts, early risers often demonstrate better consistency in their routines. Moreover, having a workout buddy not only adds accountability but also transforms the exercise into a shared adventure, making the process enjoyable and motivating. As I strive to complete my 100-day running goal, I encourage others to find joy in their fitness journey, whether it’s through running, walking, or any form of exercise that moves you.
