Hash Brown Casserole

prep time 5 minutes !!

Ingredients:

- 32 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns (thawed)

- 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)

- 10 1/4 oz condensed cream of chicken soup

- 1 pint sour cream

- 1/2 cup diced onions

- 2 cups shredded cheese: sharp cheddar/colbyjack

- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper

Instructions:

- preheat oven to 350°

- in large bowl mix ALL ingredients

- Grease casserole dish (9x13 inch is mine)

- spread mixture & top with 1 cup shredded cheese

- OPTIONAL: top with crushed ritz crackers

- bake for 45-55 mins (until golden and bubbly)
