I miss my Dad

The day I came into this world 11/3/89 & the day you left this world 5/26/24.

Walking out of your room after you died knowing I’d never see you physically in this lifetime again, a pain too deep to feel most days, a pain too painful I can rarely let it surface.

This pain is universal, and many find solace in sharing their stories and connecting with others who understand. Grief can manifest in various ways, from anger and sadness to moments of joy remembering cherished memories. Finding support through grief counseling, support groups, or engaging with online communities can provide comfort during this difficult time. It’s important to allow yourself to feel and process emotions, as healing is a journey that takes time. Honor your father's memory by sharing stories, continuing traditions, or engaging in activities that remind you of him. Utilizing resources such as books on grief, articles, or forums dedicated to loss can provide guidance and help navigate the complexities of mourning. Embrace the memories and learn to carry your loved one with you in your heart as you adapt to life after such a significant loss.
