The ham was cooken in a brown sugar oregano, garlic and onion powder. then glazed with a honey. this took about 2 hours to cook covered with foil and 30 minutes uncovered to get the crust of the honey. The ham was so juicy. I did not have to use butter or any other liquid just covered and let it absorb its natural juice. Easy and clean.
