When the new year kicks off, we’re filled with ambition, setting big goals and envisioning a fresh start. But by week 2 or 3, many of us lose momentum. Why? Because we focus on the goal without creating the systems to get there.

The truth is, tiny daily actions compound over time. Want to build a habit like meditating for an hour a day, but you’ve never meditated before? Start small. Give yourself 5-10 minutes a day, explore different methods, and ease into it with consistency. Slow progress is still progress, and slow progress lasts.

Remember: small shifts lead to big results. Just like the tortoise in the classic story, slow and steady wins every time. You don’t need to have everything figured out—you just need to start.
