how I survived college🌟

here’s my college survival guide for all my people who needed it! 📚

Prioritize your health would have to be my top one because you can’t do anything if your not taking care of yourself to start with!

- Academics come first over your social life, that’s why your in college!

- Finding your friends are important and choose them wisely!

- Cook some meals! I always found myself feeling little better after I cooked because I wasn’t eating fast food every day!

- GET SLEEP! Your body needs to reset

... Read moreSurviving college is a unique experience for everyone, but some core strategies can greatly improve your journey. Prioritizing your health is fundamental because, as the author points out, you can't perform well if you're not taking care of yourself. This means not only getting enough sleep but also managing stress and staying physically active. Regular sleep helps your body reset, which is crucial during demanding academic periods. Academics should remain your top priority. Setting up a consistent study schedule, ideally after your classes as suggested, helps keep your workload manageable. Balance is key—avoid overworking to prevent burnout. Utilizing campus resources like tutoring centers or study groups can also enhance your understanding and performance. Social life is important, but it should support your academic goals rather than distract from them. Choosing friends wisely, those with whom you feel comfortable and uplifted, creates a positive environment essential for mental health. Your social circle can be a source of motivation and support through challenging times. Cooking meals at home is another excellent tip highlighted by the author. It not only improves nutrition and energy levels but also saves money compared to frequently eating fast food. Learning basic recipes and meal prep can make a huge difference in your daily routine and health. Incorporating these strategies into your daily life can transform your college experience from overwhelming to manageable and enjoyable. Remember, maintaining a balance between study, health, and social connections is key to thriving in college.
