Healthy Breakfast Ideas

Hey guys!

This is one of my fav go-to breakfasts. I can eat this everyday 🥳

3 slices of turkey bacon🥓 - 90 cals

1 1/2 cup egg whites🥚 - 188 cals

Strawberry Cashew Yogurt🍓 - 150 cals

Handful blueberries & raspberries 🫐 - 75 cals (roughly)

you can definitely substitute for a lower calorie yogurt if you’re trying to stay in a deficit. But this combo keeps me full for a while 🥰

If you give it a try, comment and let me know what you think.

One of my favorite go-to breakfasts includes turkey bacon, egg whites, strawberry cashew yogurt, and a handful of blueberries and raspberries — a combination that is both low in calories and highly satisfying. Turkey bacon is a great alternative to traditional bacon if you're looking to lower fat intake without sacrificing flavor. With just 90 calories for three slices, it provides protein and a savory taste that complements the other ingredients well. Egg whites add a powerhouse of protein with only about 188 calories for one and a half cups, keeping you full longer and supporting muscle maintenance especially if you are working on weight loss or fitness goals. The strawberry cashew yogurt gives a delicious creamy texture and a hint of sweetness, coming in at approximately 150 calories. If you want to reduce calories or sugar further, you can swap this for a plain low-fat Greek yogurt or a plant-based low-calorie option. Finally, the handful of blueberries and raspberries adds antioxidants, fiber, and natural sweetness at around 75 calories. This combination not only tastes great but provides a blend of macronutrients essential for a balanced breakfast. Plus, the fiber and protein content help curb mid-morning hunger, making it easier to maintain a calorie deficit if you’re aiming for weight loss. The simplicity of ingredients makes it quick to prepare on busy mornings. I encourage you to experiment with this mix — maybe add a sprinkle of chia seeds or a drizzle of honey if you have a sweet tooth, or swap turkey bacon with a leaner option if preferred. Many find including a colorful assortment of berries not only enhances flavor but also provides vital vitamins and minerals. Give this healthy breakfast idea a try and notice how it fuels your day. If you try it out, feel free to share your experience or any personal twists you add. Creating easy and satisfying breakfasts can turn into a sustainable habit that supports your nutritional goals long term.
