Does anyone else have a busy brain lately ?

life has definitely not been boring lately. I have received good news and bad news all within a couple of weeks.

my birthday is in a few days and I'm awaiting the arrival of my niece. I'm trying to be present in the time that I have but I'm fearful of change. I'm working to push through my trauma even though it's uncomfortable.

I'm hoping to loosen up a bit more in the coming year but also tighten up where I need to. School will be a new challenge but I'm doing it for myself, my daughter and for my coconuts 💓.

hopefully this mad dash will subside soon and I can release this breath.

what do you do when you need to escape your own mind?

Whether it's juggling family responsibilities or navigating personal challenges, it can become exhausting. Implementing mindfulness techniques, such as meditation or journaling, can significantly enhance mental clarity. Additionally, engaging in physical exercises or creative outlets can serve as wonderful distractions that allow the mind to reset. Support from communities focused on mental health is invaluable. Forums and groups, both online and offline, can provide a sense of belonging and understanding. Sharing one’s experiences and coping strategies can encourage personal growth while also offering mutual support. Remember, it's essential to acknowledge feelings of overwhelm and seek help when necessary. Embracing your vulnerability can be a powerful step toward overcoming mental clutter and finding peace within. As you navigate through life changes and challenges, consider exploring resources dedicated to mental health awareness. Some examples include local workshops or online courses that cover topics like multi-tasking management and self-care practices. By investing time in these areas, you'll find tools that not only empower you but can also help you cultivate a more balanced life.
