I’m on a healing Journey!! Loving this book
I have always had trouble trying to meditate. I never understood how to quiet my mind and racing/ruminating thoughts. I’m on a healing journey to heal my heart and calm my mind. It hurts and it’s hard so I decided to give this book a try. SO FAR, I’m loving it. This book is helping me understand that meditation is easier said than done and there isn’t something completely wrong with my brain. It’s a relief because I honestly thought it was a lost cause. Now I can’t give this a try with real effort to stop rumination and revisiting pasts in its tracks before it ruins my day. #Lemon8Diary #shareyourthoughts#lemon8bookclub #bookrecommendations #meditation #healingjourney
Meditation is often perceived as a daunting task, especially for those grappling with a busy mind. In OSHO's guide, 'Coming Home to Yourself,' he reassures readers that the struggle is a natural part of the meditative experience. Starting meditation can feel overwhelming; thoughts fight for dominance, making silence seem elusive. However, OSHO emphasizes persistence through consistent practice. He suggests that dedicating just one hour daily can lead to tremendous shifts within six to twelve months. The key is to choose a style of meditation that resonates with you and commit to it over time. This deliberate practice not only enhances your ability to calm the mind but also deepens your self-awareness. The journey may be challenging, but it is profoundly rewarding. For those looking to cultivate a peaceful mindset, finding support through forums like #Lemon8Diary and #lemon8bookclub can be invaluable. Engaging with a community that shares similar goals can offer motivation and insights as you navigate the intricacies of meditation and healing. Remember, the journey is as important as the destination.

I love Osho! Good luck on your journey! 🙏🏽😊
