It is so fun, we got rain (poured) on but still made the most of it.
My visit to Avery Island for the Tabasco tour was an absolute blast, even with the unexpected downpour! The tour guides do an amazing job explaining the meticulous care that goes into this aging process. They rotate the barrels to ensure even fermentation and periodically check the quality. It really makes you appreciate every drop of sauce!
