30 days ago, I started a little journey just for me—and wow, it’s been a ride! While I didn’t crush the scale like I’d hoped, my body has definitely been changing. Went to the doctor yesterday, a little bummed about the number only dropping 2 lbs, but then I found out I gained 5 lbs of muscle this month 🙌💪.
I’ve been pushing myself, (mostly) sticking to it (okay, except for those days I didn’t drink enough water 🤷♀️), and I couldn’t have done it without my amazing workout buddies keeping me accountable and motivated. 🏋️♀️✨
This is just the beginning—I’ve set some exciting new goals for the months ahead, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. Here’s to progress, not perfection, and celebrating every win along the way!
