How important is effective leadership? It is crucial, because leaders directly and indirectly influence the movement of a group, a community, an organization, and/or a country. Therefore, the responsibility of the people is to be thoughtful when nominating, supporting, and voting for the best leaders.
Ultimately, we can learn from all leadership—whether effective or ineffective. Then, we must step up and become the leaders who positively change the narrative. Real influencers don’t just post videos on social media. REAL INFLUENCERS actively live the Kwanzaa principle of Kuumba, which teaches us to leave our communities more beneficial and more beautiful than we inherited them.
