การทำ Portfolio เพื่อสมัครเข้าคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์นั้น นอกจากจะต้องเน้นเรื่องความชัดเจนของข้อมูลและความตรงประเด็นแล้ว การแสดงความเป็นตัวเองและจุดแข็งก็เป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้ผู้สมัครโดดเด่นมากขึ้น ผมขอแชร์ประสบการณ์ตรงจากรุ่นพี่ที่ได้ผ่านการคัดเลือก TCAS มานะครับ เริ่มจากการจัดทำ Portfolio ควรใช้การตกแต่งแบบเรียบหรูแต่แสดงถึงความเป็นตัวเรา เช่น ใช้ฟอนต์และสีที่ไม่จัดจ้านเกินไป แต่ทำให้แต่ละหัวข้อดูเด่นชัด โดยอ้างอิงไอเดียจากนิตยสารจริงๆ เพื่อให้ผู้อ่านรู้สึกอยากอ่านและเข้าใจเรื่องราวของเราได้ง่าย สำหรับเนื้อหาที่สำคัญที่สุด คือ การเล่าเรื่องราวส่วนตัวที่ชัดเจน เช่น เหตุผลที่เราอยากเป็นพยาบาล อะไรคือแรงบันดาลใจ และเราจะนำความสามารถพิเศษหรือประสบการณ์อะไรไปใช้พัฒนาอาชีพนี้ จุดนี้ช่วยให้กรรมการเข้าใจความตั้งใจและเป้าหมายของเราอย่างลึกซึ้ง ในส่วนของจุดแข็ง ควรเน้นการมีคะแนนภาษาอังกฤษสูง ประสบการณ์ฝึกงานในโรงพยาบาล หรือการเข้าร่วมโครงการวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ ซึ่งจะช่วยเพิ่มน้ำหนักให้กับ Portfolio และมีโอกาสสูงที่จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ แม้จะมีเพียงหนึ่งในสามจุดแข็งนี้ก็เพียงพอ นอกจากนี้ ประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเป็นจิตอาสา การเข้าร่วมโครงการการศึกษาหรือกิจกรรมที่แสดงถึงความอดทน ความละเอียด รอบคอบ และการทำงานเป็นทีม ล้วนเป็นประเด็นสำคัญที่ควรใส่ลง Portfolio อย่างครบถ้วน เพื่อแสดงว่าคุณมีคุณสมบัติที่เหมาะสมกับการเป็นพยาบาลจริงๆ สำหรับคำแนะนำสุดท้าย อยากแนะนำว่าช่วง ม.4-5-6 เป็นโกลเด้นพีเรียดของการสร้าง Portfolio เพราะเป็นช่วงที่สามารถออกไปฝึกงานจริงหรือเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสำคัญต่างๆ ได้มากที่สุด ควรติดต่อครูแนะแนวและหาโอกาสฝึกงานที่โรงพยาบาล เพื่อเก็บเกี่ยวประสบการณ์และนำมาใส่ใน Portfolio การไปเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอีเว้นท์ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข ก็ถือเป็นการเปิดโลกทัศน์และเพิ่มความรู้ ความเข้าใจในสายงานพยาบาล รวมถึงมีโอกาสสร้างเครือข่ายกับผู้ที่ทำงานจริงในวงการนี้ด้วย ทั้งหมดนี้จะช่วยให้ Portfolio ของคุณน่าสนใจขึ้น และเพิ่มโอกาสผ่านรอบคัดเลือกโรงเรียนพยาบาลที่แข่งขันสูงได้อย่างแน่นอนครับ
