1. there’s no need for “glute growth”

don’t get me wrong, people should feel free to work towards their own personal goals for their body. however, I am honestly sick of seeing so many posts about 🍑 growth as if it’s actually necessary. you can be perfectly healthy and not have a big butt! work out for your health and wellbeing, not your appeal!!

2. there is no “perfect recipe” for working out:

not everyone needs to lift weights! if you like playing sports, running, biking, Pilates, what ever it may be- that’s perfectly fine and you should do that. move in ways that make you feel your best :)

3. filming in the gym:

people might hate me for this one, but I’m not a fan of people filming in the gym if it’s in front of a lot of random people. the gym is a shared space and not everyone is comfortable with being in your video! always be mindful of others

4. everything in moderation:

I’m sure most people agree with this one, but I truly believe that you do not need to stick to a certain diet or cut out a food group completely to be healthy. moderation is key!
