Making rosaries to donate to the chapel at work 💕
I’ve been trying to find a meaningful way to keep my hands busy on my days off as well as spend more time with God and I thought what better way than sharing something that has helped me grow closer to Him. I work in a hospital and I’ve gotten into the habit of visiting the chapel on my break to meditate on the rosary. It’s something that I’ve come to look forward to and I love the peace that it brings on hard days.
I know that a rosary is traditionally made with a crucifix and a centerpiece depicting Mary, a saint, etc. but I cannot find anything like that where I live so I improvised. I plan to include a little booklet about the rosary as well as little encouragement cards I found at a shop near me and a handwritten note or prayer.
My hope is that it may bring comfort to a patient and/or their family like it has for me 💕 If anyone has any suggestions on what I could include with them, I’m all ears!
