引っ越しは大きなイベントなので、事前準備がとても重要です。私もこれまでに4回の引っ越し経験がありますが、その中で学んだことをシェアします。 まず、引っ越しの2か月前から計画を立て始めるのがおすすめです。特に繁忙期は予約が取りづらくなるので、候補日を早めに確定し、引っ越し業者に相見積もりを取ることが大切です。私は3社ほどに見積もりを依頼し、価格だけでなくサービス内容も比較しました。 1か月前になると退去通知のタイミングがカギとなります。賃貸借契約書を必ず確認して、通知の方法と期限を守りましょう。私は遅れて家賃を1か月余分に払ってしまった経験があるので、このポイントは特に注意が必要です。 また、インターネット回線の移転や新規申し込みは工事枠の争奪戦になることもあるので、早めに手続きを開始してください。ここを怠ると新居でのネット環境に困る可能性があります。 荷造りは使わないものから少しずつ始めると当日の負担が減ります。冷蔵庫の中身整理も計画的に行い、直前に慌てることを避けました。前日に詰め込みをすると当日パニックになりがちなので、余裕を持つことが重要です。 当日は旧居の簡易掃除や退去立ち会いがあり、新居ではガス・電気などのライフラインがちゃんと使えるかもチェックします。私は退去立ち会いでトラブルを避けるため、事前に写真を撮って記録を残しました。 引っ越し後2週間以内に役所での転入届や住所変更も忘れずに行いましょう。これを怠ると住所不一致によるトラブルが発生します。 総じて、引っ越しは計画と準備が成功のカギとなります。リストを作り、一つずつ着実にこなすことでストレスを減らし、気持ちよく新生活を始められます。
