Happy Birthday, Mother Mary 💙

On this day, when the Theotokos, our Blessed Mother, was born, the whole of heaven rejoiced. Her nativity was the dawn of salvation, for through her ‘yes,’ the Light of the World entered history. Angels rejoiced, creation was made new, and humanity was given a Mother who would forever lead us to her Son. Happy Birthday, Our Lady!

O sweet Virgin Mary, you have no idea how much you’ve helped me since the very first day of my heartbreak. You were there then, and you are here still. I love you, and I pray you will continue to walk with me all my life—now and at the hour of my death.

Blessed Mother, on this day of your birth, I thank God for the gift of you. Keep me always under your mantle, guide me to Jesus, and never let me be separated from Him. Amen.
