Wai Prasad, the temple on the side
Nang Nong Wat is a royal monastery of the genre, located in Jomthong, Bangkok, famous for its mixed Thai Chinese architecture and sacred things that people wish for fortune, work and health.
Landmarks:
1. Buddha Maha Emperor: Presiding over the rectory, a large Buddha statue cast in bronze and able to remove jewelry. It is an important work in the third reign. People often worship and wish for a smooth, dignified and rich life.
2. Ancient Painting: Inside the rectory is a very beautiful oil painting on glass, a Qing Dynasty technique, more than 200 years old and still excellent condition. It tells the story of the history of the Buddha and the Chinese chronicle of the Three Kingdoms.
3. Hokxiu: It is mentioned that the most sacred Hokxiu image in Thailand is enshrined within the rectory, which is often fulfilled quickly.
4.Chinese architecture: The buildings inside the temple are built of royal mortar-holding bricks in the reign of the third reign. The buns are adorned with colored glazed terracotta tiles in the shape of dragons, swans and other Chinese auspicious ware.
