As a massive fan of the original 'Wicked' story, both on stage and the anticipation for the film adaptation, the news and glimpses of 'Wicked 2' featuring Ariana Grande as Glinda are truly thrilling! Like many, I've been following every little update, and honestly, the thought of seeing Ariana embody the bubbly yet complex role of Glinda the Good Witch fills me with so much excitement. When I first heard the casting news, I immediately imagined how her incredible vocal range and charismatic stage presence would translate to the big screen. Glinda, with her iconic pink gown and sparkling crown, is such a pivotal figure in Elphaba's journey, and Ariana has that unique blend of grace, humor, and underlying emotional depth perfect for the role.
