75 Hard-ish Day 36

🥗Diet: 2 meals a day with light snacks

💪 Workouts: Gym workouts, running, yoga, and walking are all options

🚫: No third meal and I don't drink alcohol so I'll keep staying sober

💧1 Gallon of water: 7.5 plastic water bottles equal a gallon so that is what I'll aim to drink. I'm not going to be too strict on this. If I don't make it to 7.5 bottles I'm not restarting because that is ridiculous lol.

📖 10 pages of reading: I am currently reading 2 non fiction books

October 20th.

I wake up at 5 again. I drank a water and did some yoga. Then we went to do some chores.

I drank another water, had a snack, and went to the gym. My shoulder has been hurting so I did a light upper body workout and a 2 mile run.

I drank another water and had lunch. I drank .5 water.

I read 10 pages, had dinner, and had a kombucha and more water. I drank 7 waters today.
