High school life lessons at 17.
Today, let's share the lessons learned from our personal experiences from high school until now, which have led us to precipitate a lot of things that have made us grow and understand life more. 🥺
1. Learn to be alone, be 🫂
We can't ask everyone to be with us all the time because everyone has different reasons, duties and priorities, which is consistent with that we are not important to everyone, so being both friends and self-reliant every day is one of the immunities that make us live every day happily.
2. Be brave even if you are afraid 😣
Courage is one of the doors that can lead us to success, like the word "side is shy." When sometimes opportunities do not float, what we can do is to do something to bring ourselves more access to those opportunities, even if we are afraid, afraid of missing, afraid of not doing it, but at least try, because in the end, whatever the result, it is a lesson that will make us develop and become even better. 💪 🏻
3. Always focus on yourself first. 💝
Not selfishness, but priority in life. When we are ready, we can participate, live with others. Always improve ourselves in any way, health, mind, body, skills, because finally, the people who really rely on us at any time are just us.
4. Choose good friends and quality 🫶🏻
We don't need to have many friends. Often, we are among friends and we are alone. Always ask ourselves if we did something wrong or not. We are not good. It turns out that we have to feel guilty, upset, upset. But that makes us know that not everyone is close friends. So just have a close friend who knows to warn, guide us in a good way. A few people are enough because we should focus on quality, not just quantity.
Basically, there are about this, but I think that the older you will meet more and will definitely learn more. Just think of tears and flow, hahahaha. The taste of growing up is not fun at all. 😔

จากประสบการณ์วัยมัธยมที่ทำให้เราได้เรียนรู้มากมาย ช่วงนี้ไม่ใช่แค่เวลาที่เรียนหนังสือ แต่เป็นช่วงเวลาที่เราค้นพบตัวเองและเติบโตขึ้นในหลายๆ ด้าน เราอยากเล่าประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่มักจะพบเจอในวัยนี้ เริ่มจากการเรียนรู้ที่จะอยู่คนเดียวให้เป็น เพราะในชีวิตจริงไม่ได้มีใครอยู่กับเราได้ตลอดเวลา เราจะรู้สึกโดดเดี่ยวในบางช่วง แต่การที่เราฝึกเป็นเพื่อนกับตัวเอง ทำให้เราเข้มแข็งและมีความสุขได้โดยไม่ต้องพึ่งพาใคร ส่วนเรื่องความกล้า ถึงแม้จะกลัวแต่ถ้าไม่เริ่มลงมือทำ อะไรดีๆ ก็ยากจะเกิดขึ้น ซึ่งทำให้เราได้รู้ว่าความล้มเหลวไม่ได้เลวร้ายเสมอไป แต่เป็นบทเรียนที่ช่วยให้เราเก่งขึ้นและก้าวไปข้างหน้าได้อย่างมั่นใจมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ การให้ความสำคัญกับตัวเอง ก็ไม่ใช่การเห็นแก่ตัว แต่เป็นการรักษาสุขภาพกายและใจให้พร้อม เพื่อพร้อมรับมือกับทุกสถานการณ์ในชีวิต เมื่อเราพร้อม คนรอบข้างก็ได้รับพลังบวกจากเราไปด้วย ส่วนเรื่องเพื่อน เราเคยอยู่ในกลุ่มเพื่อนที่รู้สึกว่าตัวเองเหมือนไม่เป็นส่วนหนึ่ง ทำให้เราเห็นความสำคัญของการเลือกคบเพื่อนที่ดีและมีคุณภาพ ไม่จำเป็นต้องเยอะ แต่ต้องจริงใจและช่วยสนับสนุนเราให้เดินไปในทางที่ถูกต้อง ช่วงวัยนี้ยังมีความสับสน ท้อแท้ มีพลังบวกและลบในใจสลับกันไปมากมาย แต่สิ่งหนึ่งที่สำคัญคือเราต้องเรียนรู้ที่จะโอบกอดตัวเอง และไม่ลืมมองเห็นคุณค่าของตัวเอง ปล่อยผ่านสิ่งที่ทำให้เจ็บปวด และเติบโตจากสิ่งเหล่านั้น ทุกบทเรียนที่ผ่านมาทำให้เราเข้มแข็งขึ้น และพร้อมรับมือกับชีวิตที่ซับซ้อนมากขึ้นทุกวัน การเติบโตในวัยมัธยมไม่ได้ง่าย แต่มันเต็มไปด้วยบทเรียนที่ล้ำค่าและเป็นพื้นฐานของการเป็นคนที่ดียิ่งขึ้นในอนาคต
