การเดินทางมาเที่ยว Okinawa ครั้งนี้ผมได้มีโอกาสสำรวจและลองชิมอาหารท้องถิ่นหลากหลายเมนูที่เรียกได้ว่าเป็นจุดเด่นของที่นี่จริงๆ สำหรับใครที่ชื่นชอบรสชาติแบบญี่ปุ่นแท้ๆ แนะนำเลยว่า Ramen Danbo ร้านนี้ต้องไปลอง เพราะแม้จะเป็นร้านเล็กๆ แต่รสชาติราเมนอร่อยจัดเต็มจนได้คะแนนเต็มสิบเลยทีเดียว ใครไม่ชอบรอคิวอาจต้องเตรียมใจหน่อยนะ เพราะคนท้องถิ่นแน่นทุกวัน ถัดมาคือบุฟเฟต์วากิว A5 ที่ Yakiniku Orion Naha เนื้อคุณภาพเยี่ยม นุ่มละลายในปาก แถมราคาก็ไม่แรงมากเมื่อเทียบกับคุณภาพ การจองผ่าน Google Map ช่วยให้สะดวกและไม่ต้องเผชิญกับความวุ่นวายในการรอคิว ผมลองแล้วได้ประสบการณ์ที่ดีมาก ๆ เลย ร้าน By the Shrimp ที่อยู่ใกล้สนามบิน Umikaji เป็นอีกที่ที่ควรแวะ โดยเฉพาะเมนูกุ้งกระเทียมที่รสชาติเข้มข้น และเครื่องดื่ม Shekwasha Soda ที่ทำจากส้มโอกินาว่า ซึ่งมีความสดชื่นและมีเอกลักษณ์ การนั่งดื่มที่นี่ชมพระอาทิตย์ตกพร้อมดูเครื่องบินลง สร้างบรรยากาศผ่อนคลายซึ่งหาไม่ได้จากร้านอื่นๆ ตลาด Makishi Market เป็นสถานที่ห้ามพลาดสำหรับคนรักอาหารทะเลสดๆ ที่นี่แม่ค้าและร้านค้าสดชื่น ราคาย่อมเยา แถมคุณภาพของอาหารดีตามคำร่ำลือ ชั้นสองของตลาดมีจุดให้เรานั่งทานแบบสบายๆ ถือว่าคุ้มค่าต่อการแวะชมและชิมของสดเลยทีเดียว สำหรับใครงบจำกัด Dontei Kokusai คือทางเลือกที่ดี ร้านเรียบง่าย สะอาด นั่งสบาย และเสิร์ฟจานอาหารร้อนๆ แม้จะไม่ว้าวแต่เหมาะกับคนที่ต้องการมื้ออาหารรวดเร็วและประหยัด หมูดำ Agu ที่琉の国 本店ก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งเมนูที่น่าสนใจ หมูดำที่นี่เนื้อแน่น มีรสชาติพิเศษ ท่านใดอยากลองชิมสามารถหาได้ตาม Google Map ด้วยคำค้น "Agu pork" เพราะมีหลายร้านให้เลือกลอง นอกจากนี้ที่ไม่ควรพลาดคือ Pork tamago Onigiri แซนวิชข้าวปั้นไส้ไข่และหมูทอดกรอบ ที่อยู่ใกล้ตลาด Makishi เหมาะสำหรับคนชอบรสชาติเค็มหน่อยๆ แถมมีร้านให้นั่งกินด้วย อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามพอดี ผมเองชอบมากและอยากแนะนำให้ลองชิมดู สรุปแล้ว Okinawa เป็นสวรรค์ของคนรักอาหารหลากหลาย ทั้งราเมน วากิว กุ้งกระเทียม หมูดำ และตลาดปลาที่ให้คุณภาพและราคาเหมาะสม การได้ลองชิมและสัมผัสบรรยากาศร้านต่างๆ และตลาด ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนได้สัมผัสความเป็นท้องถิ่นอย่างแท้จริง ใครมีโอกาสต้องไปเยือนและสัมผัสประสบการณ์นี้ดูสักครั้งครับ
