เชียงดาวเป็นหนึ่งในจุดหมายปลายทางที่นักท่องเที่ยวหลายคนหมายปอง เพราะอยู่ไม่ไกลจากเชียงใหม่และเต็มไปด้วยธรรมชาติที่สวยงามบรรยากาศเย็นสบาย สำหรับใครที่ชอบเดินทางแบบไม่เร่งรีบ ผมขอแชร์ประสบการณ์การเที่ยวเชียงดาว 3 วัน 2 คืนโดยเน้นทั้งแหล่งธรรมชาติ ร้านอาหารบ้านๆ ที่อร่อยและราคาย่อมเยา รวมถึงที่พักชมวิวดอยหลวงเชียงดาวที่ทำให้การพักผ่อนของคุณสมบูรณ์แบบมากขึ้น การเดินทางสู่บ้านธารชีวี ต้องบอกเลยว่าเส้นทางอาจจะท้าทายหน่อยสำหรับรถธรรมดา เพราะทางค่อนข้างแคบและโคลนเยอะ จึงแนะนำให้ใช้รถล้อโตหรือรถยกสูงจะปลอดภัยและสะดวกกว่า เมื่อไปถึงจะได้เจอกับน้ำตกธรรมชาติและต้นไม้เขียวขจีที่ทำให้รู้สึกสดชื่น รวมถึงสามารถนั่งพักผ่อนชมวิวได้อย่างสบายใจ ร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวห้อยขาดีต่อใจเป็นอีกหนึ่งร้านที่ผมประทับใจ ราคาไม่แพง รสชาติกลมกล่อม และปริมาณแน่นเต็มจาน โดยเฉพาะเมนูไส้ตุ๋นและเนื้อตุ๋นที่ผ่านการต้มจนเนื้อนุ่มแทบละลายในปาก ร้านตั้งอยู่ติดถนนใหญ่และยังมีวิวดอยหลวงให้ชมระหว่างทานอีกด้วย สำหรับที่พัก ผมเลือก Atmosphere ซึ่งเป็นพูลวิลล่าหรูที่สามารถมองเห็นดอยหลวงได้เต็มตา ตัวที่พักมีความเป็นส่วนตัวสูง บริการดีและสะอาด อาหารเช้าที่เสิร์ฟถึงห้องถือว่าจัดเต็ม เหมาะสำหรับใครที่ต้องการพักผ่อนอย่างเต็มที่โดยไม่อยากออกไปไหนเลย ในช่วงรอชมพระอาทิตย์ตกหรือดินเนอร์ ผมได้มีโอกาสลองไปที่ The View Chiang Dao โรงแรมที่มีรูฟท็อปให้ชมวิวดอยหลวงพร้อมอาหารรสเลิศ ต้องมีการจองโต๊ะล่วงหน้าในช่วงเที่ยงของวันนั้นเพื่อให้ได้ที่ดีที่สุด บรรยากาศและการจัดวางโต๊ะทำให้ทุกคนได้นั่งชมวิวได้ครบถ้วนโดยไม่โดนบัง ใครรักบรรยากาศโรแมนติกต้องไม่พลาดเลย ใครชอบเที่ยวบ้านชาวเขาและรับประทานอาหารแบบกลิ่นอายท้องถิ่น ต้องไม่พลาดบ้านลีซูและร้านลุงนกก๋วยเตี๋ยวหม้อดินซึ่งคึกคักตลอดทั้งวัน นอกจากได้กินอาหารรสชาติดี ยังได้ชมวิวที่ใกล้ชิดกับดอยหลวงจนแทบจะจับต้องได้ ปิดท้ายด้วยคาเฟ่วิวดีอย่าง Hey Now ที่กำลังเป็นกระแสและ Isbjørn ที่มีมุมให้ถ่ายรูปน้องเป็ดสุดน่ารัก รวมไปถึงลำธารน้ำใสไหลผ่านกลางร้าน เป็นอีกจุดที่เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบถ่ายรูปสวยๆ เก็บบรรยากาศกับเพื่อนหรือครอบครัว ทริปนี้ผมรู้สึกว่าการวางแผนล่วงหน้าจะช่วยได้มาก ทั้งเรื่องที่พักและการจองร้านอาหาร เพราะบางที่มักเต็มเร็วมาก โดยเฉพาะที่พักพูลวิลล่าและรูฟท็อปดินเนอร์ ถ้าใครมองหาที่เที่ยวเชียงใหม่ใกล้ๆ ที่มีครบทั้งธรรมชาติอันสวยงาม อาหารท้องถิ่นอร่อย และที่พักหรูในราคาคุ้มค่า แนะนำให้ลอกการบ้านทริปนี้ได้เลย รับรองว่าประทับใจไม่แพ้กันแน่นอนครับ!
