Every time I open this app there is a 'how to...' post. They can vary from 'how to glow up' to 'how to lose 10 pounds'. These posts may not be meant to make others insecure but even if that's not the intention, it still may cause that.
Just to let you know, you aren't made to redesign yourself or push yourself to look different. I'm all for improving who you are as a person and bettering yourself but that doesn't mean you can't be content with where you are now. If you want to look different, great, but don't change yourself out of hatred of how you look.
Remember, you can't hate yourself into loving yourself.🩷
