Clean/Reorganize my vanity with me
This is part 1 of my cleaning series, because my room is so disorganized. Currently recovering from a depression bed rot so now is the perfect time to just throw away the old and welcome in the new. I’m also going to be starting college soon and I just want to start on a clean slate

Decluttering your vanity can be a transformative process, both physically and emotionally. Start by removing everything from your vanity and categorizing items into groups such as makeup, skincare, and accessories. Consider using organizers like bins or drawer dividers to keep everything in its place. To maintain your vanity’s appearance, choose a few essential items that you use daily and keep them in reach, while storing less frequently used items away. This approach not only enhances your space but also streamlines your routine, making it easier to find what you need. You can also incorporate aesthetic elements, such as decorative trays or plants, to personalize your vanity. As you organize, take the time to reflect on the items you truly need and those that may no longer serve you. This process can contribute to a sense of rejuvenation and readiness as you begin this new chapter in your life. Associations with cleaning can often be therapeutic, allowing space for new beginnings as you welcome the period of your college life.
