How I Survive Long Distance
Listen, long distance is DEFINITELY not for the weak. We have been doing long distance for over a year and have made it work pretty smoothly. We do our best to feel involved with each others lives, even when we’re in different countries. Keeping solid communication with eachother is SOOO key. There have been a few times where we think the other person is mad and it will cause a little fight. We had to learn how to talk things out before they become a problem. I have trust issues from past relationships so this was our biggest struggle. We have each others locations and keep each other updated on what we’re doing, just to make each other more comfortable. I truly wouldn’t change it for the world!! #relationshipchallenge #relationship #longdistancerelationship #ldr #relationshipadvice #boyfriend #unfiltered #lemon8challenge #datingtips
Long-distance relationships can be challenging, but with the right strategies, they can also be fulfilling and rewarding. One key to success is scheduling regular video calls to bridge the emotional gap. Scheduling your next visit can give both partners something to look forward to, enhancing the sense of connection. Establishing a routine, like sending good morning or goodnight messages, can maintain closeness throughout the day. Additionally, using social media platforms like Snapchat can help you share snippets of daily life, making both individuals feel more involved despite the miles apart. Don’t overlook the importance of trust; sharing your locations and being open about daily activities can alleviate anxiety and strengthen bonds. Maintaining communication and openly discussing feelings is critical to avoid misunderstandings, which can escalate into larger issues. Ultimately, with commitment and effort from both partners, a long-distance relationship can thrive! Whether you face time zone differences or varying schedules, being proactive and supportive will pave the way for a loving partnership, even from afar.

Okay I’m long distance too and I thought I was crazy for loving Snapchat so much but it truly feels so much better than regular text
