Toxic Relationships
I’m not here to attack Christianity, spirituality, or relationships. I’m talking about influence—the subtle ways belief systems, culture, and tradition shape how we understand love, commitment, and endurance, often without us realizing it.
Many of us were taught that love means sacrifice, staying, and “bearing all.” And while that framework works for some, it can quietly condition others to remain in relationships long after alignment, safety, or growth has ended.
This isn’t about right vs. wrong.
It’s about awareness.
I’m curious how you’ve seen belief systems—religious, spiritual, or cultural—impact the way people approach relationships, boundaries, and self-worth.
Part 2 continues the thought.
