Challenges of staying fit as a mom in your 30s:

Hey mama’s! Let's be real, finding time to stay fit in our crazy busy lives is like trying to find a unicorn in the grocery store – almost impossible! Here are some hurdles we face:

1. Time crunch: Between juggling work, taking care of the kiddos, and keeping the house from looking like a tornado hit it, finding time to work out feels like Mission Impossible.

2. The exhaustion struggle: Who knew chasing after tiny humans could be so exhausting? It's like we need a nap just thinking about fitting in a workout.

3. Self-care? What's that?: We're so busy making sure everyone else's needs are met that we forget to take care of ourselves. #MomLife , am I right?

4. Hormone havoc: Thanks, pregnancy and postpartum hormones, for throwing our metabolism and energy levels out of whack. It's like trying to run a marathon with a backpack full of bricks strapped to your back.

Solutions:

1. Yoga mama: Say namaste to yoga & meditation! Did you know 20 mins of yoga was equivalent to 8 hours of sleep?It's like hitting the reset button for our bodies and minds. Plus, you can sneak in a quick downward dog or warrior pose whenever you have a spare minute.

2. Plant-powered living: you don’t have to go vegan but embracing your inner plant-based goddess is good for you and the planet – it's a game-changer for your health I loss 60 pounds! Think glowing skin, endless energy, and a waistline that says, "I've got this, mama!" Also did you know animals don’t make protein naturally they get it from all the fruits and vegetables that we skip. 😉 vegan protein-rich foods like tofu, tempeh, beans, lentils, and chickpeas into your meals and snacks to keep you strong and satisfied throughout the day. It’s like giving your body a high-five from the inside out!

3. HIIT it, mama!: Ain't nobody got time for hour-long workouts! HIIT is our BFF – it's fast, it's fierce, and it gets the job done in record time. Plus, it's a great excuse to show off our killer dance moves with the kids.

4. Outdoor adventures: Time to break free from the four walls of our house! Grab the kids and hit the great outdoors for some hiking, biking, or just chasing each other around the park. It's like a workout and a mini family vacay rolled into one, because train up a kid the way you want them to go! & when they are older they will remember the way and won’t depart 🫶🏽

5. Dance party & invite a friend over: Who says working out has to be boring? Put on your tunes and have a dance party in your living room, or invite a girlfriend over, It's a fun way to get your heart pumping and bond with your little ones or friends – plus, it's the perfect stress-reliever after a long day of momming.

6. Push Push Push Your gallon of water!💦

7. Eat your greeeeens, we to old to be saying veggies is nasty! They are our friends.

8. You have to rest, put the house down at a proper time and hit the sheets. 😴

9. Protein, Protein powerhouses for non vegans: Don’t forget to fuel your muscles, mama! Incorporate protein-rich foods like lean meats, fish, eggs, dairy products, nuts, and seeds into your meals and snacks to keep you strong and satisfied throughout the day.l

10. Self-care/ Stress-fighting rituals: Take time for yourself, mama! Whether it’s a bubble bath, spiritual bath a few minutes of meditation, I am Affirmations, or simply sipping a cup of herbal tea, find moments throughout the day to unwind and destress. Remember, a relaxed mind leads to a healthier body!
