Does a tattoo have to have an important meaning?
I showed someone at work the tattoo I was thinking of getting, and he asked what's the meaning behind it and I told him that I just liked the design. He thought that was weird. He said every tattoo should have a meaning to it so you won't regret getting it later in life. He said when you pick them just because you like the design, is childish. I even told him that I get my ideas from Pinterest and he thought that was weird. I mean I get that yes MOST tattoos have a meaning, but I didn't think they HAD to have one. Thoughts?
