Hope is no too late to planning

Looking to take a trip, no more than ~10 days, around Christmastime. Traveling from the US but game to go most anywhere. Where are your favorite places you've been? I'm okay with the cold if there's a reason (e.g. Germany for the Christmas markets or Scandinavia for the Northern Lights) but generally prefer warmer climes. TIA!
