Energizing Morning Juice Recipe 🌞

Start your day with this vibrant and nutrient-packed morning juice! In this video, I’m showing you how to make an energizing blend of fresh cucumbers, oranges, carrots, and passion fruit. (No juicer needed)

To supercharge the recipe, I’ve added Mary Ruth’s liquid multivitamin in peach mango flavor for an extra boost of goodness.

Since I don’t have a juicer right now, I’m blending everything by hand in my blender and then straining out the pulp to get that smooth, refreshing juice consistency. It’s the perfect way to fuel your body and feel amazing all day long!

This method is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the benefits of fresh produce without the extra fuss! My secret to making incredible juice without a juicer is all about blending and straining. First, chop your fruits and veggies into smaller pieces – this helps your blender work more efficiently. Add a splash of water, coconut water, or even a little bit of orange juice to help everything blend smoothly. Blend on high until you have a thick, smooth puree. The longer you blend, the finer your pulp will be, which means more juice extracted. Once blended, simply pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, a nut milk bag, or even a cheesecloth-lined colander. Gently press down on the pulp to extract every last drop of that precious liquid. It's a little more hands-on, but the fresh, vibrant results are absolutely worth it, and it's a fantastic way to make orange juice or carrot juice without a specialized machine.
