The garlic roasted broccoli that made me actually crave vegetables 🥦✨

I swear roasted broccoli tastes completely different than steamed broccoli crispy edges, soft centers. This recipe is one of those super simple “lazy girl” side dishes I end up making multiple times a week because it goes with literally everything.

It’s healthy, cheap, easy meal prep, and somehow still feels comforting every single time

Ingredients:

• 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets

• 1–2 tbsp olive oil

• 3 garlic cloves, minced

• 1/2 tsp sea salt

• 1/2 tsp black pepper

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20–25 minutes

How I make it:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Wash and dry the broccoli really well so it gets crispy instead of soggy.

3. Add broccoli to a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

4. Toss with minced garlic, sea salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

5. Spread everything out in one layer try not to overcrowd the pan.

6. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges get golden and crispy.

My favorite part is the little crispy garlic bits that roast onto the broccoli sometimes I eat half the tray before dinner is even ready.

This is also one of my favorite “trying to eat healthier without making life harder” recipes because it takes almost no effort but still feels like I actually cooked something. I’ll pair it with chicken, steak, rice bowls, or just snack on it straight from the pan.
