Do you prefer Matcha or Coffee!?

When you're looking for a pick-me-up, do you usually go for a classic cup of coffee or a refreshing matcha?

I’m a matcha drinker 🍵

☕️When I do drink coffee I get a vanilla latte but that’s usually once a month!

Matcha, a powdered form of green tea, offers a calm, sustained energy boost, making it a favored choice for many seeking alertness without jitters. On the other hand, coffee is known for its robust flavor and quick energy spike due to higher caffeine content. The preference often boils down to personal taste and how each drink affects the individual's body and mind. Studies have shown that matcha contains antioxidants and may provide additional health benefits, such as improved metabolism and better concentration due to its unique amino acid, L-theanine. Conversely, coffee drinkers enjoy its rich aroma and flavor profiles, which vary significantly based on the type of beans and brewing methods used. In recent years, the trend towards matcha has surged, leading to a proliferation of matcha cafes and products—from lattes to ice creams. However, coffee remains a staple for many, with its versatility for crafting various drinks, including the popular vanilla latte. Ultimately, whether you gravitate towards matcha or coffee, both beverages offer distinct experiences and benefits that cater to different lifestyles and preferences. I’m a matcha lover if it’s sweet, I’m not a fan of coffee cause it tends to be bitter. I love the smell of coffee, I know it has some benefits using it as a hair scrub mixed with shampoo. It makes your hair thicker over time 😅
