What item or items did you use to really make a huge difference in your kid, tween or teen’s room decor?
I think my all-time fav is this vintage Coca-Cola metal sign (complete w bullet holes in it) from my grandfather’s country general store. It was originally hung on the exterior of his store.
I love it because it is of course sentimental for me. And, I love the retro vibe of it as a piece of Americana. This sign gave the room a classic look with its patina and familiar graphics. And, because of its size, it was a unique focal point of the design.

I mounted it above one of my son’s dressers. The faded red of the sign looks great against his chocolate brown walls. And, we eventually added magnets and made it a fun magnet board for him. ❤️
