Alocasia plants are beautiful and popular houseplants known for their stunning leaves, but they can be sensitive to their environment. If the leaves are turning yellow, it often indicates issues with watering or light conditions. Firstly, check the soil moisture. Alocasia prefers well-draining soil that stays slightly moist but not soggy. If overwatering is a concern, consider using a pot with drainage holes to reduce excess moisture. On the other hand, if the soil feels dry and your plant's leaves are wilting, it may need more water. Next, assess the light conditions. Alocasia thrives in bright, indirect light. Too much direct sunlight can scorch its leaves, while too little light can stunt its growth. Ensure your plant is placed near a window where it can receive filtered light. Additionally, maintaining humidity levels is crucial for the health of Alocasia. These plants thrive in humid environments, so misting the leaves or using a pebble tray with water can help provide the moisture they need. It’s also useful to regularly clean the leaves to remove dust, allowing the plant to photosynthesize more effectively. With proper care, your Alocasia will flourish, adding beauty to your indoor space and becoming a centerpiece in your home.

I dont have the best luck with alocasia but i’ve heard that they like humidity, moist soil, and bright indirect light. Can also check and see if it needs a bigger pot?
