This eggnog pie isn’t directly inspired by the water pie, but it is basically an origin of the water pie, which I found really cool. I wanted to try it because it seems like such a unique way to make a pie.
Hands down, I love eggnog, so for me this pie is a 10 out of 10. But if you don’t like eggnog, you are definitely not going to like this pie. Also, be mindful of how much nutmeg you use because it can easily overpower the eggnog. That said, it’s still worth trying.
Recipe with exact measurements:
• 1/2 cup eggnog
• Nutmeg to taste (taste first, then add)
• 1 box instant vanilla pudding
• 2 cups Cool Whip
• Pie crust
Instructions:
