Starting my day with God✝️
The other day I woke up and I immediately felt a negative energy stuck to me. Let me just say that spiritual attacks are real! And the more you seek Jesus and obey him, the anger the enemy gets and will chase after you to kill your peace, joy, and happiness.
I began my day immediately jumping into task and my to do list and trying to attend to my baby which only led to overstimulation and frustration. My mood and attitude was negative and nasty all day and I had a breakdown because what I didn’t know was how many time I was burying my daily frustration instead of bringing It to the Lord.
It is so powerful starting your day with God, before checking your phone, before attending to your children. The way the day would go after we first seek the Lord is much better results than checking social media first and feeding your mind all the negativity, comparison, and worldly ways. For me trying to jump into my work day and parenting day without his help led me to frustration.
We simply cannot do It on our own. The sooner we learn that and surrender to our father, the less frustrated we will be, less miserable, less overstimulated. We can learn to seek God in every part of our day. Allow his mighty power to take control of our day.
Starting your day with prayer and Bible study can significantly shape your mindset and overall well-being. By prioritizing your spiritual journey, you allow God to guide your thoughts and actions throughout the day. Many people find that mornings dedicated to God help in combating spiritual attacks and negative energies that can affect their mood. Take time each morning to read scripture, meditate, and pray. This practice not only nurtures your spirit but also builds resilience against life's daily challenges. You might consider journaling your thoughts, reflecting on your feelings, and noting any spiritual insights you gain. Incorporating affirmations and gratitude into your morning routine can also enhance your spiritual connection and provide a strong foundation for your day ahead. Remember that you are not alone in this journey; community support from fellow believers through Bible study groups and prayer circles can enrich your experiences. Overall, by creating dedicated time for God each day, you prepare yourself to navigate life's ups and downs with a heart filled with peace and joy.

Amen!!! Love this 🤩
