Books I Thrifted this weekend 📚

I have been put on to the idea of thrifting books and I have to say my thrift stores have not let me down! Please if you are someone who loves buying books but you are like me (financially struggling lol) DO NOT sleep on your local thrift store for books. I am in shock & filled with excitement every time when I find books on my TBR and for not even half the price but an extremely unbelievable price!!

Now what I will say as a writer and self- published author, I do love traditional book stores because I know how much that supports authors and I will always advocate for that!

But as a mom of two who is in debt & struggling (I am being honest) I will also take any discount I can get no questions asked. So for me this means I limit my Barnes and nobles trips (because I still love me Barnes and nobles book dates) to probably once every month or every other month depending on what my budget looks like.

I went and got some books from St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Store and Saver’s. I had more luck with SVDP with books I was actually interested in and that were reasonably priced. All of the books that I wanted to read at Saver’s were close to $6.00, at least, for a paperback (not even a hardcover). I
