Book review: Echoes
I said I would devour this book and that is not what happened. I CONSUMED it! @Author Steph Macca I have said that previous authors but, you my dear, TAKE THE CAKE on CLIFF HANGERS!!! *hands crown* I don't know what to do with myself until l can get my hand - well ears - on "Ravage" and
"Exile"
.... Send HELP!
One thing that really stood out to me about 'Echoes' was how well Steph Macca weaves together complex characters with emotional depth, especially Greyyyyy, who quickly became my favorite. The audiobook format brought the story alive, enhancing the dark romance and the intense chemistry among characters. If you're someone who enjoys exploring themes like mental health struggles alongside passionate and spicy relationships, this book delivers both in a balanced way. The enemies-to-lovers trope is executed with a rawness that feels authentic and gripping. As a fan, I’m eagerly awaiting 'Ravage' and 'Exile' to continue this journey. For those curious about why this series resonates so much, it's the blend of smut, suspense, and heartfelt moments that create a world worth getting lost in. Also, for anyone interested in the genre, Steph’s unique storytelling blends contemporary romance with darker shades that aren’t often explored in audiobooks, making 'Echoes' a standout title to add to your collection.
