After the unfortunate unsolvable death of Princess Andreia Europa from the alternate realm of Tartaria, a tragic war broke out. Earth almost died, until a compromise formed between Tartaria and Earth.

If Earth provided fourteen sacrifices, seven men and seven women, every month to participate in the Tartarian Kings' games, then tentative peace can continue between the two realms.

The countries take turns choosing sacrifices, and each country chooses their worst criminals.

So thank you for committing crimes that range from first degree murder, attempted murder, arson in the first degree, embezzlement, and armed robbery.

These crimes have made you the perfect candidates for this year's batch of American sacrifices. If you can survive the trials of all the Tartarians kings, you may return home with a pardon for your crimes.

The United States government thanks you for your sacrifice and will mourn you appropriately.
