✨I love to pray before meditations✨(optional)

1. only pick 1️⃣ type of meditation/manifestation of your liking to start off with, I say this because if you decide to do more than one as a beginner there is a 10/10 chance you won’t see or feel the results. after you have decided which meditation/manifestation you would like to start.

2. Bring your full attention to your body & soul, clear your mind of all thoughts and feelings,be in a calm,comfortable,soothing,peaceful setting, be aware, have an item/items such as candles, spiritual oils, oil diffuser, sage anything spiritual of your choosing. I highly recommend spiritual oils & an oil diffuser it helps with setting a good vibe/energy around you and it also set the mood before you begin.

Nature🌱 & light meditation tunes 🎼 are highly recommended as well.(optional)

3.Practice ,practice,practice. Practice makes perfect ,do understand that the results will not immediately come so please have some patience. During your practicing repeat affirmations in your head/out loud or visualize your reasoning for that particular meditation/manifestation wether it’s to clear your mind, to produce stronger spiritual power abilities whatever the reasoning may be, try your best to believe in it try your best to believe it will happen, try your best to stay focused/concentrate on your breathing,body,soul + whatever your meditation/manifestation reasoning is. Trust & believe the process✨practice✨be patient✨
